Not every passenger finds it easy to navigate with a map alone. PenguGate combines visual guidance through the camera with voice instructions, so passengers can see the direction of travel in their surroundings and hear what to do at each step.
The map shows the overall route, the camera connects the guidance to the path in front of the passenger, and voice instructions make it possible to follow directions without looking at the screen all the time. Together, these tools support passengers with different needs and preferences, especially those who are unfamiliar with the airport or find navigation difficult.
